In the event of there being a problem with your purchase(s) we will happerily arrange for a replacment product or refund of the product.
How to apply for a replacment/refund:
Before a item will be replaced a email must be sent to jo@goldenbeltassociation.com with a description of the problem, on receipt of the email a Returns Authorisation Number will be issued which you must affix/write to the packaging on the item you wish to return, this is important as any items sent back without a RAN will not be accepted!
Please ensure that the packaging is sutible to protect the item from further damage, we recommended using a recorderd delivery service as we can not be held responsible for items lost in the post.
Once a item has been received and checked a replacment item if required will be posted immediatly assuming that there is a replacment in stock if this is not the case a email will be sent to you with a estimate of when the item will be avalible again.
Please note certain products are excluded from the returns policy for hygine reasons such as gum shields, these can only be returned if found to be fault
